Excellent experience with Doug’s Locksmith! I’m in California and my 89-year-old mother is in Illinois, and Doug was incredibly accommodating and considerate in helping me get a Kwikset smart lock installed on her door.
His technician, Daniel, went above and beyond. He not only installed the lock but patiently showed my mom how to use the Kwikset app and even helped her with her iPhone along the way.
Their rates were very reasonable, and the level of service was outstanding. It gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing my mom was being taken care of. Highly recommend Doug’s Locksmith!
He was so nice and really quick. From the time i called to get someone to help to the time he got there was so fast. It took less than 5 min to get my husbands truck open . 5 stars !!!!!
Daniel was excellent!! We had a key stuck in the ignition. After a stop at autozone and a local mechanic shop we thought we would be in for about $200 at least . We tried Doug's and within 3 minutes Daniel figured out the issue and resolved it for way less then the expected. Thank you Doug's and especially Daniel.
