I had an appointment for our a/c to be checked. Jeremy showed up and was very friendly. He let me know we had a serious issue going on, that our exhaust pipe had a crack in it. He thoroughly explained everything to me on how it happens. He finished with his original appointment this morning and was also able to come back this afternoon to fix our pipe. They are very professional and I highly recommend them!!
Overnight our furnace went out as the blower motor died. Made an early Sunday morning call which was returned at 6:30am Sunday. The Tech came out within a couple of hours. Jeremy was friendly and professional. He replaced the motor and fixed another side issue he noticed. Price was fair and we have heat! Thx and Happy New Year!
We needed a 2nd opinion on our Carrier furnace. The 1st Company used high pressure tactics and frightened the heck out of us regarding carbon dioxide leakage from the Heat Exchanger, and the need to replace it NOW! Not only that, their prices were insane!
