I called Pointer at 8:00 AM. The breaker running my refrigerator kept flipping. Matt called at 8:06 and told me he was on his way. He tested all devices connected to the same breaker and determined all connections just needed a good tightening. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and his findings. I’m very happy with the service and how they prioritized my call because my fridge wasn’t working. Highly recommend!!
