After another company in town had already been out to our hot house to look at our AC unit that wasn’t working and gave us a $1300 estimate and did not get anything working… we called Leach-Remmers for a 2nd opinion. They also came out the day we called and the technician got the unit working before he left! He returned the next day to finish replacing the two broken parts he found and spent extra time helping us get the smart thermostat connected! Leach and rumors have been our HVAC maintenance providers for over 20 years. Last year they replaced our air-conditioning units. Their work is precise, and they are very respectful of our home. The bonus is that their people are very congenial. And they are honest in their pricing.
