John was great. However the people who do the scheduling need to learn what all is involved and time needed for a repair. John was sent from Rushville to Riverton to Auburn with very little time for my job. In fact, nothing was done and had to be rescheduled.

Excellent and friendly professional service. Replaced a defective toilet tank gasket on a relatively new toilet that was under warranty at no charge. The plumber explained the problem and repaired the toilet in quick order. Great service. Thank you HRI.
