Troy very nice and efficient. Made sure middle bathroom toilet wasn't leaking at base and flushed properly. Gave various options for replacing toilet in back bathroom and their quotes. Explained each option clearly and its pros and cons. Once we made a decision, he ordered parts and scheduled return visit to do replacement in 2 days.
Excellent response time, explained everything, very professional.
Troy was very professional and gave us a few options before we committed to a solution. Looking forward to our new commode!
