Worst shipping company i have ever worked with. Lied about pricing and how payments would be handled. Anytime you try to contact your rep no one answers. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone
The worst shipping company in chicago. IF there is Zero star I will give zero.Never trust it . I swear I'm telling the truth.It is what happen to me.1.Untrue quote for BOND, The OEC sales quote BOND & SURETY is $400 but they charge me $500.Today, The customer service said"I will look into the continuous bond for you as continuous bond should be $500. "That's it . They just said "should be $500" and didn't tell me why the quote is $400 and still didn't show me any invoice form USA Customs.2. Change your FCL/LCL calculated without any notcie.I import a 20 feet Full container from Taiwan, requested for FCL but they change to LCL without let me know what's different fee it...read full review
