Devin called ahead to let us know he was on his way, came on time and, most importantly, got our furnace working again (24 hours and counting) - at a reasonable price. Devin knows what he is doing.

Rich was phenomenal at diagnosing and doing everything in his power to get this furnace back up and running.. we ran into some obstacles with everything happening on a Sunday and then acquiring parts but he stayed the course and got it done. A brand new part he picked up was defective and he moved mountains to get another replacement. These parts should not be new and defective right out of the gate. Is there another part supplier your co could use?
