We recently had a 25-year-old house re-sided in ARC. Dean and crew were excellent to work with. Dean was always punctual and on time with our planning meetings. He worked diligently with our HOA and Village to ensure permits were properly in place. He gave us the pros and cons on various products we could/should use, but left every decision up to us. His crew was also great to work with. They completed the job in four days and would have been done sooner if heavy rains hadn't kept them away one day. Our neighbors have raved at how nice the new siding looks. We noticed two small items that failed to reset into the new siding, and one call with Dean had the items taken... read full review

I have dealt with many contractors over the years for various services performed on our home. My experience with ARC and their crews and workmanship was in a word, outstanding. I was first impressed with Anthony Massinople, who demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the roofing and siding industry, particularly in being abreast of the state of product applications and dealing with insurance companies, particularly with ours, which happened to be problematic in the past. He was very prompt with communications and follow-up, and very professional and courteous.
