I’ve using their private gyms, specifically the one in fox lake on the water. I absolutely love it. It’s peaceful with a waterfront view especially at sunrise. 24hr & it was just me or I could bring a friend.

Shout out to Scott @ Aira Fitness, Fox Lake! I asked for an introduction to training on the weight loading machines and he provided me with a professional, upbeat and educational training experience! No more "machine intimidation" for me. Thanks Scott!

When I moved to Fox Lake I was concerned that I would have to drive quite far to workout, however a coworker of mine told me about this place and swears by it! I have been going since November and I LOVE it!! They have state of the art equipment and the staff always has great energy!! Give it a try, your heart will thank you ?
