After reading the 3, 1 star reviews (the only low rated reviews), I was concerned when my family chose DeFiore for our loved ones services. Those are obviously from one family who ganged up on them due to a personal and one sided incident.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the treatment and kind and compassionate service we received. Not one detail was missed and each person made sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated DeFiore's service at a very sad time.
My family lost my father. While Dad was at home with hospice care and other family my Mom, myself and my siblings went out to look at places for my Dad. This was the first one we went to. From the moment we walked in we were impressed. We were greated by the warm, friendly staff. We didn't look elsewhere and decided we were going to use them. We liked that only one service happened at a time, we liked the trees around the outside of the building as Dad is an outdoor person. When Dad passed and they came to pick him up, they were very kind and gentle to him. We went to the facility the same day they picked Dad up to plan everything.
