    This hospital truly is the best. The RN Kelly was the kindest and sweetest person ever. She helped me be less afraid of my surgery, and assured me I would be okay. All of the staff and doctors are wonderful here. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

    I love the Emergency Department here. The staff were all so friendly (minus one who laughed when I told her what was going on with me). I felt heard and very taken care of. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and checked in on me multiple times.

    Never wait more than 15 min to be seen in ER. Professional, courteous and accommodating staff. Very clean facility. However, if having a heart attack or multiple broken bones, they'll send you to Champaign.
