Visitation for our daughter was handled great. Took longer than expected to get her ashes back which I get can vary by funeral home. Spent $2800 on 14 fingerprint necklaces and 4 months later no necklaces. They dont want to answer my husband's phone calls, return calls, or call back when they say they will. Wounds will be reopened for everyone when and if we finally get the necklaces. I recommend a different funeral home or never use the fingerprint necklace options. We are out almost 3000 bucks and still mourning!
