The doctor was very knowledgeable, thorough and kind as were the two ladies that assisted him/me through the process. All questions were answered thoroughly and i would highly recommend Arbor. The receptionist on the second floor however was rude and dismissive on both arrival and exit. Very unprofessional. Made you feel unwelcome and bothersome. Someone who definitely needs more training in *people* skills.
What can I say ... everyone from Dr. Lubek (who is by far the most highly respected, competent eye surgeon around) to the scheduling associates, follow-up optical doctors, to the kind ladies at the front desk, are ALL amazing. They are courteous, efficient, understanding, and meet all your needs, plus answer questions (even stupid ones!) and are right on board if an emergency occurs. I high recommend anyone personally or your family members to put your trust in this practice. You will be totally satisfied and happy w/results!
The facility is nice and the customer service ladies are very polite. All the workers especially the doctor is very nice and friendly. They make you feel very important. Love this facility
