Paula is amazing! I always call last minute to book a hair appointment when I’m in town visiting my grandma and total look beauty salon always takes us in and all the women that work here are super friendly. It’s a lowkey salon too nothing too fancy with snooty staff and whatnot, everyone here is very cheerful and sweet. Thank you Paula for always taking in my grandmother! We will be back!

Today I went to Total Look Salon and Spa for a hair consultation. Margaret went above and beyond my expectations! A couple weeks ago I went to a different hair salon before finding Total Look Salon. I haven’t been able to dye my hair for two years because it was falling out. My hair needed a new cut and color. The stylist at the other salon was very demeaning and said he wouldn’t be able to do what I wanted with my hair. When I met Margaret today, she was like an angel with a magic wand. The compliments I have received about my hair the past month are amazing! I have been told it looks stunningly beautiful! Gorgeous! Perfect! I gave complete control to Claudia! She did not disappoint! I am amazed at how wonderful I feel! In 48 years- I have never felt this beautiful! I recommend going here and having her work her magic on you! I will never go anywhere else!
