Prices are reasonable, look for coupons. There is sometimes a $12.99 coupon on Facebook. The staff are amazing and do a decent job. This location has dum dum suckers for the kids. I love up north, but I always prefer the Homer Glen or Lockport locations, the managers seem much nicer (at the Homer Glen / Lockport locations) and they have dum dum candy for the kids.

This place is great for boys haircuts. Not sure where the negative reviews come from other than yelp is just a place for people to complain. Our son as well as a lot of his friends get their haircut here and I have to say it is by far the best cut he has gotten.

After getting the worst haircut of my life at another location in Palos Heights, I was greeted by the GM Tammy. I told her about my recent horrendous haircut and asked if it was possible to fix. After agreeing with me that this was in fact the worst haircut ever LOL (1 inch trim is not 4 to 5 inches off) she assessed my hair for a few minutes. Tammy worked her magic and im SO happy with the results. Although it's 4 inches shorter than I wanted, it's not her fault and she actually made it a cute cut. I found out that my sister recently saw her and she fixed her hair as well. Tammy - thank you again, I have gotten a lot of compliments!! You are fantastic!!
