Very spiritual and healing center. Variety of class offerings challenging to chill depending on what you may want that day. Unique class offerings too ~ like essential oils and sound healing. Truly spiritual teachers that live yoga daily.
I had a sound healing session with Inga and it was such a beautiful, soul-nourishing experience. I’m still feeling the effects—it was exactly what I needed.
The space holds such a calm, welcoming energy, and everyone there is so kind and intentional.
I’m so grateful I found this place and can’t wait to return 🤍✨
I recently attended a restorative yoga class at Raising Lotus Healing Center with Starlite, and it was a deeply calming and immersive experience. From the moment the class began, there was a sense of being gently guided into a slower, more present state.
Starlite holds the space in a way that feels intuitive and attuned. The flow of the session felt seamless, almost like being carried through the experience rather than actively trying to “do” anything. It allowed me to fully relax, let go, and settle into my body in a meaningful way.
