Dani, Stephanie and Rena are the best reformer pilates instructors!! I feel such an improvement in my body after their classes. I have less pain, and feel stretched and Strengthened. They also provide amazing Physical therapy sessions. Highly recommend!
My husband and I love our Refresh Pilates classes; Even my experience with physical therapy(MCL) was enjoyable and such a fun time! Everyone is always kind and motivating, and the classes are such a great way to start or even end the day.
I wanted to try Pilates for years and am so happy to have found Refresh! The instructors are helpful, knowledgeable, patient and fun! I've loved trying the different classes and appreciate the 6:00pm sessions for those of us that work 9-5. I would highly recommend Refresh to anyone that's wanted to try Pilates but not sure where to start. Try it -- you'll be so glad you did!
