At Refresh they change-up your routine and keep you challenged as you progress through your therapy sessions! All of the therapists are.thorough and knowledgeable. Their professionalism and expert knowledge about the complete body make me feel very comfortable that I am getting the best treatment available. They are the only clinic i've seen that also offers pilates classes. Once you've made enough progress that you can exercise your whole body they have multiple classes available daily.When I need P.T.
