If your making your first appointment at this Loyola locating rest assured your visit will be pleasant and staff will do all they can to meet your needs with care and professionalism.Rebecca and her assistants were very kind and understanding with my wife and her injuries which were to extensive for their section of physical rehabilitation, they took the time to counsel with doctors to help us get the help she needs without even being asked to do so. We are very grateful with them for going out of their way to help us and get is on our way to recovery. Thank you guys! β€οΈπ

Great facility. Itβs refreshing to be at a facility where the staff are consistently friendly and care for the patient.Very pleased with my new primary care provider, Dr Lomax. She listened to my health concerns and included me in figuring out a realistic plan for how I can meet my healthcare goals. I wasnβt just told what I need to do. My husband had his first appointment with her male counterpart, Dr Loza and came home with only positive feedback about his experience. We are really fortunate to have our doctors so close to home. Only recommendation is to provide access to specialty care again at this location. Our cardiologist was relocated to Tinley. The Tinley location provides a bit of a challenge with parking if you are elderly and do not qualify for handicap parking.

Dr.Lomax was great, very friendly and honest! I had some blood work done and the Nurse that helped me Shari was amazing! I usually have a very hard time doing blood work but she helped me so much, she was very compassionate and understanding, she took her time with me and made me feel like my care mattered to her. Overall I had an amazing experience! Will only be going to her for blood work going forward!

I had an appointment at this HOMER GLEN location with a Diane Lomax, this was schedule for Monday February 19th, 9:00 o'clock (0900)2024. This was a disaster. An assistant came into the office, and took my information and vitals. She told me the doctor will be here. After a few minutes she returned with some papers (the medicare/medicaid wellness program) which I did fill and put in the desk in the office. After a long wait, she came to check, and I asked if the doctor was coming, she did not answer, just smiled. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting the doctor with and angry look in her face, stated "i was waiting for these papers", Which were filled out and sitting in her counter. She said something which i did not understand, I innocently, asked, if they did not fill these papers. As in my previous doctor the nurses actually filled these out, she immediately in a very aggressive tone stated, "YOU ARE NOT GOING TO TALK TO ME LIKE THAT" I replied,..excuse me, and she repeated YOU DO NOT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT??, I had no idea as to what was going on. She kept her charade, and I promptly stated, Dr. My appointment was at 9.00 o'clock. That is 30 minutes ago. She got up from her chair and went toward the door mumbling something, she stated "you want to speak with a manager" I was still in shock, as I did not understand what was going on, she approached the counter and told the girl he wants to speak with a manager! The girl at the counter, who appeared more scare than competent began to fumble some papers. She asked if I did want to speak with a manager. I answered, yes please. She began calling, but no one appeared to answer. She wrote a number (708-345-3495) in a post it and asked me to call the next day (today 02/20/2024), the name. Of the person I was to contact ( BEATA), there was no such number. It does not exist. So I tried to call the homer glen center, multiple time to no avail, as there were recordings, to guide me to call 911, if this was an emergency??? I had spoken with someone at loyola patient's resources, who directed me to call this ms/mr. Beata. But as of today after multiple calls, I decided to stop calling and write a letter to TRINITY SERVICES WHO OWNS LOYOLA MEDICAL. Loyola has been a good place to get medical treatment, but after the pandemic, it appears to be deteriorating. Many doctors have left, so services are not always great. Please this doctor does not belong in loyola. Since our first meeting she tried to misinformed me about my record, stating it was not written properly, as it lacked information, after that first visit, I did check my loyola page and read my records, my Doctor at the time had documentation properly written, which I copied and sent to Lomax, for her information, that did appear to infuriate her as, she saw that probably as mockery. I have been trying to contact this ms. Beata, to no avail. It 'APPEARS' as if loyola is trying to protect and incompetent doctor, rather than to investigate her.

This review is for the lab only!Sherri is amazing! One of the few medical professionals out there who has compassion and empathy for their patients (the medical field these days seem to lack empathy but not Sherri). My daughter came for blood work with EXTREME anxiety and Sherri was amazing! The love and care she gave for her profession showed. In the end, she got the job done and my daughter left happy. If they lose this employee that would be a huge loss for this facility cuz this woman is the real deal!!!!
