They were super responsive and timely to all our emails and texts. We lost our dad in a fire, and Matt did a great job accommodating, and going above and beyond to help us during this tragic time. Everyone at the wake felt very welcoming, and my kids even made mention of how nice it was. We were the only service that evening so having the whole facility to ourselves let us really add all the personnel touches we needed for our father. “I’m giving it five stars because it’s a very good place if ur a paranormal YouTuber or explorer, I went there last night, and all I felt was heavy negative evil energy. Luckily I was in the car with my mom. I wouldn’t even step foot outside in that cemetery at night yet alone my mom finding this what looked like to be a hanging man on the tree and the face was moving. Just go there at daytime , PLEASE and I mean PLEASE do not walk there or any cemetery at night , it’s very dangerous ,don’t test faith, I can feel the restless spirits there/evil. So just don’t test faith.“
