We had a problem with our heat on 12/27 during a bitter stretch of cold weather and B&B came to our home in the middle of the night to get us back up and running. The owner himself came to our house since it was so late a night and provided outstanding customer support. Even at 12am, he made sure to fully examine the situation to determine the issue, quickly resolved the issue and provided a thorough explanation and great advice. We would recommend B&B to anyone with HVAC needs.
