I made an appointment for a pedi with Lena recommended by her long-time customer, my good friend , and she was too busy for my apt that was set for me with her. I was taken almost 30 min later by someone else no apology. The whole time, she's on her headphones talking to someone. Her scrub down was weak, and she didn't do great on cleanup on nails. I was very disappointed. It was super unprofessional, and now I probably won't be back because of it. It's a shame. She talked highly about Lena. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I tried this salon for the 1st time and had a wonderful experience getting my dip powder nails done. I used another 2 salons recently and both chipped (did no chip there) & they chipped very quickly. So far so good with my dip powder. I also got a pedicure and they also look really good and was neatly applied. I will be back!!!Services: Pedicure

Cindy does a meticulous job on a no chip or regular manicure! Maggie does a great massage with a manicure or pedicure. They really try to stick to the appointment times the best they can and are good about fixing any mistakes if anything chips!! They are also the only place in the area that rubs your neck and shoulders with your manicure.Services: Manicure
