i recommend JK computers 100% !!! They fixed my iphone issue that 5 trips to AT&T couldn’t do. I actually was going to buy a new phone. Tristin and Rudy were professional, friendly and did not make me feel uncomfortable for my obvious lack of technology knowledge. Thank you so much!!

I needed advice on whether to continue with my laptop computer or purchase a new one. They advised me to "clean-up" my machine to make it run faster rather than purchase a new laptop because my existing machine still did everything I needed it to do. For $75, they "cleaned-up" my laptop and installed an ad-blocking app, which makes it easy to use, at faster speeds, like when I first bought it. I appreciate the fact that they fixed my older machine, at a reasonable price rather than push hard to sell me a new machine. Talk to Caden--he is friendly and will take the time to explain all your options fully rather than tell you what you must do. JK Computers will take the time to answer all of your questions without making you feel that you know nothing about computers.
