When our AC went out the day before July 4th, Matt and Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning went above and beyond to get us back up and running again. He diagnosed the problem quickly when others couldn’t seem to figure it out. Then he made a special trip to Joliet to pick up our materials before the distribution center closed on the 3rd and gave up his holiday to install a new unit…all so we wouldn’t have to wait a week to have air conditioning! They got here early and kept working till it was done. We would highly recommend Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning.
Scott from integrity has serviced our heating and cooling system for over 10 years.he always comes as quickly as possible and always fixes the problem to our satisfaction.he also finds problems we did not know about he is very thorough and gives us advice to keep our system in good shape to avoid repairs.i can't say enough good things about Scott no matter how busy he is he makes time to help us.he has never disappointed me.i have met few people in my life like him.does a wonderful job and cares about people. When was the last time you were lucky enough to meet someone like Scott I'm sure you would feel the same way I do.call them now you're be glad you did!
We can’t say enough good things about Integrity and Scott! Most recently, they removed our leaking water heater and installed a new tankless one—quickly, cleanly, and with excellent communication every step of the way.
We’ve relied on them for years now—from annual furnace cleanings to installing a new central air system and handling a few repairs in between. Scott and his team are always professional, responsive, and truly trustworthy. More than once, they’ve found simple, honest fixes where others had told us it would be a major job.
