I went today to get my touchup and hair toned. Norma has been doing my hair for the last couple years, she's making sure my hair is kept healthy and long. My sisters go to Norma also.
I have been coming to this location for the past several years and getting my hair cut by Norma. She is always so friendly, and cuts my hair just the way I like it! I have referred my friends and family members to her as well. She’s the best!
Our teenage granddaughter was past due for a cut and style, but seemed reluctant to get anything done. I asked some neighbors for suggestions for a stylist, and they recommended some of the ladies at the local Cost Cutters including Norma. At out appointment, Norma discussed what she would like to do to make sure our teen was OK with it, and after it was cut made suggestions of how to keep it looking good in the future. Norma, being very familiar with teenagers herself, engaged her client in conversation, even discussing aspects of teenage life in general! Our teenager was relaxed and liked her new style a lot. We are definitely going back.
