I found this repair place by accident while looking for phone repair near me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The owner is really professional and only sees customers by appointment, yet he still took the time to help me fix my phone even though he was very busy. He is an honest and professional person. My son is a gamer. While searching for a technician to fix his victus pc I found Nick at Texh bench advisor in Lagrange. Nick is a great technician he built a pc for my son. I would recommend anyone in need of technical support to contact bench advisor for assistance.. they have excellent service!! I'm glad I found them and you will be too.

I recently took my son xbox x series to Nick, And he was able to fix an HDMI issue In which other repair stores had told me was unable to be fixed (after they had my sons xbox for 2 weeks and brought it to different techs at other locations the chain owns). Technology is not my forte, and Nick Had discovered a deeper issue on the board of his xbox. He sent me before, during, and after pictures And kept me in communication throughout the entire process so that I could understand what the issue was. He also cleaned everything And shared tips with my son and I on how to properly care for his Xbox. Nick went over and beyond my expectations. I live about 30 minutes from Nick’s location, and due to his professionalism, Communication, Time management, ability to deliver, fair pricing, and great warranty I will never go to a different repair company again. I will forever recommend everybody that I know to go to him for any technology repairs needed. Nick truly is a master at his work, And I cannot thank him enough for the money that he saved when I originally had felt that I was going to have to buy my son an entire new council. I can guarantee anybody that meets Nick would feel exactly the way I do. I cannot thank you enough, Nick!

Shout out my boi he looked out on these ps5 controllers every one was charging 90 To fix them but he looked out on the prices and Service would I recommend him of course really good guy not too many people like that out there

I had my ps5 ready for him to work on, because I gave up working on it myself and he took great advantage of it. Felt like he fixed it under an hour. Definitely worth the money. I’m not taking my tech to no one else anymore. Goes above and beyond expectations literally. I had missing parts also and he still managed to fix it quick.

Nick has done an amazing job fixing various electronics for us. He has repaired a couple of Xbox's for us as well replaced a battery on my wife's iPhone and the screen on my iPhone. The iPhone repairs were done while I waited and the fee was $20-$30 less than an estimate I got from a chain that I went to where I would have had to leave it for them to repair in a day or so. The Xbox repairs were also well done at a reasonable price as well. I highly recommend calling Nick with all of your electronic repair needs. He recently moved from Hinsdale to La Grange.
