Brian Powell is a calm voice in a stressful time! Professional Integrity is what stands out! We had a relative die thousands of miles away and Brian took charge and solved so many issues for us. I sincerely do not know what I would have done without him! Thank you so much Brian - I recommend you highly!
What a GEM Brian Powell is. When you are in your darkest hours, and you can barely put a sentence together, let alone organize a funeral service, post an obituary, choose a coffin, purchase a cemetery plot, select a florist, and 100 other tasks you'd never even considered before, Brian is there for you, 24/7. He makes an incredibly painful process as easy as it possibly can be, never intruding, always giving you exactly as much help as you need. (In our case, we needed a lot.) Awesome! Brian and his son were professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. Having never gone through this process before, we were at a loss, and they were so patient explaining options, and helping us decide what to do. We never felt rushed or pressured. I can't think of a single negative. They really helped make a difficult process as easy as it could possibly be. Huge thank you to them for their help.
