Brian Powell is a calm voice in a stressful time! Professional Integrity is what stands out! We had a relative die thousands of miles away and Brian took charge and solved so many issues for us. What a GEM Brian Powell is. When you are in your darkest hours, and you can barely put a sentence together, let alone organize a funeral service, post an obituary, choose a coffin, purchase a cemetery plot, select a florist, and 100 other tasks you'd never even considered before, Brian is there for you, 24/7. He makes an incredibly painful process as easy as it possibly can be, never intruding, always giving you exactly as much help as you need. (In our case, we needed a lot.) His suggestions were wonderful and never felt "salesy" -- you always know that he has your best interest at heart. At our first meeting, when he gently told our broken-hearted mama that our dad would be "with me the whole time," we knew he was a keeper. They don't make them like my dad anymore, and they don't make them like Brian Powell, either. If you're reading this because you've lost a loved one, I'm so sorry. Please call Brian. You will be so glad you did.
Awesome! Brian and his son were professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful.
