My Daughter & I both love going to this place! We feel so very comfortable as if we're getting our eyes examed right in our Living Room area. My Daughter has been going to Dr. Wilkemeyer since grade school and as an adult/under her own insurance, the first name she had in mind, is Dr. Wilkemeyer. We love his very laid-back, patient personality and great sense of humor. Also, he makes you feel like family. Unlike, the much larger/commercialized Optometry places that makes you feel like your only a number coming up next in an assembly line and their main concerns are to upsell you on their other products to hype up the cost on their eyewear. Recommended by Dr Samy. Dr Wilkemeyer spent a significant amount of time with me to understand my concerns before the eye exam. Upon completion of the exam I felt I finally was going to receive the correct prescription for glasses. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Dr Wilkemeyer if you are in need of an optometrist. Then I met with his office assistant and I was not particularly happy with my options for glasses and that my current frames were not going to be used for the new lenses. Wonderful doctor who takes care of you like an an old family friend. Great selection of glasses and top notch advice for face framing. My bi-focals are always measured exactly and perfectly aligned.
