This is the fourth time I have gotten a text message canceling my appointment less than an hour or two before the appointment time. Each time was the nurse had an emergency and asking to please reschedule. Previously I had an appointment one month before my Alle points expired. They canceled multiple times resulting in the points expiring. I asked for a manager call this morning to help me understand why once again they cancelled due to lack of adequate staffing. No one has called me but they sent me this link to review this morning’s service -(that they never gave me). Also lost a $ prepay service I bought during a special promotion when they switched booking providers and it didn’t transfer over. Had to send photos of the receipts for them to “find it”. Still waiting to talk to someone but seems super disorganized. Just would love to have them keep an appointment especially since a customer gets billed for canceling a service. I will update when I hear back. Not sure what is going on and very hard to get a live person on the phone.

I previously received an IPL treatment at this office and the treatment itself was fine. During that visit, I scheduled my next appointment for 4:30 PM on a later date.
On the day of my appointment, while driving there, I unfortunately got a flat tire. At 4:02 PM, I called the front desk to notify them of the situation and explained that I would call back later to reschedule because I was dealing with a tow truck and car trouble.
Later that evening around 7 PM, I received a text saying that I had missed my appointment. I called again to reiterate that I didn't make it due to the flat tire and that I wanted to reschedule, but I reached voicemail and left a message.
The following day, I received a text stating that I would be charged a $50 no-show fee because I did not give 24-hour notice. While I understand the purpose of cancellation policies, they should also allow for reasonable exceptions in situations that are clearly beyond a patient’s control.
What was most frustrating was that the office claimed there was no record of my 4:02 PM phone call, despite the fact that I provided screenshots of my call logs, photos of the flat tire, and a receipt from the tire repair shop as proof of what happened. None of this seemed to matter.
As a physician myself, I understand the importance of respecting a practice’s time and policies. However, I would never treat a patient this way in the face of clear, documented extenuating circumstances. This situation felt less like a misunderstanding and more like a rigid policy being enforced without any consideration for the circumstances.
Experiences like this make it difficult to support a business that appears unwilling to extend basic understanding to its clients. I hoped that they would choose to make this right, but they chose to lose business instead.

Not a great experience overall. The front desk was friendly, but the service itself felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I traveled far for my appointment and left disappointed. I would not recommend. Nurse was RUDE.

Amazing place—very warm and welcoming. My technician, Daniela, was informative and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing treatments for other body parts because I loved it so much! This place has very affordable prices, and I can’t wait to come back.

I love this place, I have gotten micro needling done with PRP and without for over two years. Danielle is my go to girl and she makes the experience awesome. It’s very cool to see the transformation in my skin.
