I am extremely comfortable going to PT Solutions in Westchester I've gone there for several things and probably will continue to keep going there for other things, lol. Hamad and Matt are the two therapists I work with they are absolutely fantastic they are really the only two reasons I keep going back to them and tell friends about their location. Everyone at their location is extremely friendly. They challenge me they push me, but they pay extremely close attention to whatever they're having me do to make sure I am not in pain. Friendly staff. I’m learning a lot about my body and how it compensates. Learning a lot about mind body awareness. I already felt like I had good awareness but having the help of a professional makes a difference.
