I just loveeeeeeee the service I receive every time for the last 10years the stylist is a great listener, she truly cares about the customers hair , very professional and the atmosphere just tops off the salon vibes very loving very “girl talk” space very positive, when you sit in her chair your going to get the luxury experience of a life time great quality hair that I have used over a year and still looks and feel amazing 10/10

Sadari is very unprofessional and rude. I booked an appointment for a braided ponytail. Firstly the night before my appointment she texted me after 9pm to inform me that she was pushing my appointment back two hours. It was a big inconvenience as I had other appointments and was going on a trip the next day but it was too late to schedule with someone else so I had to make it work. I informed her that I had to be out of there by 2:30. To make up for time I went to someone else to get washed and blow dried before my arrival and that was an extra $25. When I made it she was still working on the sew in she told me that she would be done with. After about 15/20 min her assistant started to straighten my hair. After her assistant finished she was still working on that same sew in which took about another 30 mins or so. Finally I was in the chair and everything was fine. She finished in a timely manner and I was on my way. I didn’t have time to look or examine like I usually would because I was already running behind and it was just a simple ponytail or so I thought. When I finally settled down I looked over my hair and disappointed wasn’t the word. The ponytail was lumpy the braid was barely a braid it literally looked like a little girl was doing her first hairstyle. I took it down immediately! I texted Sadari to inform her of my dissatisfaction and requested a refund. I also included pictures. This lady had the audacity to have an attitude with me for saying something! She didn’t acknowledge she was wrong for wasting my time and money like she did. I really don’t understand how someone could care about their business or be comfortable with saying this was the work that they’ve done. I have called her a few times and I guess she put me on the block list. She is displaying very weird behavior and being very delusional about her skills! Her attitude and customer service needs to be corrected! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Elyse is Simply Extraordinary!!! She has done many styles for me and I love them all from Short cuts, Updo Braiding Styles, Sew in’s. Crochets, you name it. She is a stylist who truly cares about her clients and their needs. I would recommend her 1 million times over! She is my stylist for life!!!!!!’
