The one thing that surprised and excited me most, was that the Joseph Mathews Salon business is involved/aware/trained/and or “on alert” for “Any Signs” of Human trafficking, harassment and abuse that they may see happening! *They may encounter bigger opportunities as well.
Myself being involved for many years now (Exodus Cry, Justice Defense Fund), I’m SO EXCITED to encounter business owners/individuals/corporations stand for these individuals in crises in any way they can.
Went in for my first cut at Joseph Mathews today, and I was so happy with the cut and my stylist, Linsey! She explained everything in detail and asked a ton of questions to make sure she knew what I wanted and that I was comfortable with what she was doing. I highly recommend visiting this salon and seeing Linsey for your next cut!

I will never let another stylist touch my hair besides Nikki. I started coming to her a few years ago after a few botched Great Clips haircuts in a row. She could definitely tell I was anxious and made sure she communicated exactly what she was going to do and walked me through the whole process. She says you can always cut more, but you can't cut less. About a year into having her as my stylist I got stress induced hair loss and the health of my hair was horrible. I think she genuinely cared about what I was going through just as much as I did. Me, Nikki, and my hair have been through a lot together and I wouldn't have had as much confidence going through hair... read full review
