Below are the best 6 hair salons in Highland picked by BestProsInTown
“Rebecca was so kind and wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and then added to it to give me a hair cut that I want. She did a wonderful Job. So if you are in the Highland Area come and go to Joseph Mattews Salon. The salon was clean and the Stylest kept the floor swept of the hair. Sooo ladies keep up the good work and thank you Rebecca.”
