“I genuinely cannot recommend Valerie and Sweven Salon enough. This was by far my FAVORITE salon experience I’ve ever had.
I went to Valerie for a perm, and from the very beginning she was incredibly warm, gentle, relaxed, and welcoming. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, asked questions to make sure we were completely on the same page, and was very upfront about pricing before we got started. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I felt like I could genuinely trust her with my hair.
What stood out to me even more, though, was the environment she has created. Valerie made her salon feel like such a safe and comfortable space. We ended up having some genuinely amazing conversations, and I felt completely comfortable being myself and opening up to her. You can tell she truly cares about the people sitting in her chair, not just the service she is providing.
