I had a major crisis with my computer over the weekend. I took great pics for a friend at her wedding a few days ago. I uploaded all the pics to my computer to review, and put on a thumb drive. Then life happened and I was distracted by something else. LONG STORY SHORT, 2 days later, I go to put them on a thumb drive and they are gone. Apparently, my computer created a temp profile that I uploaded the folder to without my knowledge and it logged me off to do an update deleting my folder with her pics in it. Of course I had a freak out moment, crying my eyes out (for the entire weekend.) I took the computer to Best Buy who offered no help. Took it over to a friend's house...read full review
