A friend of mine texted and asked if I wanted to join her for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. The answer to that question is always yes, so she gave me the name of Spa Dabin and I called to schedule an appointment at the same time as hers. Tucked away in a small strip mall, I'd never seen or heard of Spa Dabin before, but I'm so glad my friend knew of it! She used to frequent their location in Old Town before moving to the suburbs. This location is a bit on the smaller side and the layout felt a little peculiar. We were greeted warmly and given our choice of aromatherapy options for the pedicure. They had a great selection of colors in all of the standard brands. The pedicure itself was great - very relaxing and the woman who did mine went above and beyond to remove some calluses. The pedicure seats are across from a tv but if the volume was on at all, it wasn't noticeable. We were easily able to hold a conversation. When we moved to the dryers, we each got a quick but very nice neck and shoulder massage. Pricing was comparable to other nail salons in the area, and I appreciated being able to tip right from Venmo.
