We bid on a package that Julie Kaplan had at an auction. We were supposed to get a photography session with her and 1 print plus the digital copy of it. After traveling 45 minutes to get to her house for the photography session, we were very disappointed in her professionalism. She had requested that we do the shoot in her backyard, and when we arrived she warned us to look out for dog p**** When reviewing the images with me on zoom later she was very abrupt and aggressive about me making a decision right then.
