George was really helpful in helping me buy a new electronic drum kit. He got the floor models set up so I could test a few out and compare them. He was there to answer any questions when needed, but also gave me plenty of time to test the kits on my own. He and the other guys there seemed more interested in making it a good experience than pushing for a sale. The pricing was even better than anywhere else I found, including online. I’m very glad there’s still a brick-and-mortar store with good people where I can make a purchase like this.

I love this store! It's right down the street from work. I go in and play once and a while while I'm on lunch. I have gotten two guitars done here with the Platinum set up and it was incredible. I couldnt believe that it was the same guitar.
I want to get one of them refretted soon and I will definately be using this store.

I am from Utah, I called these guys to see if they could take apart a guitar for me to see if it is what I was looking for. The employees are very nice and helpful. Best guitar center ever and I've never even been there!
