Rick did a fantastic job today. Went in to trade up on a guitar I had and Rick made the experience a 1/1 it felt like I was in a custom shop guitar store with how involved Rick was. Rick was right their to help helped me look at guitars, when I wanted to plug it into the amp he set up the amp to help me sound good. I traveled a long way to get to the store and I would do it again to work with him.
Had a great experience at Guitar Center. The guitar tech here really knows his stuff from Metallica tones to different tunings and playing styles. He adjusted the neck, set the intonation, installed new strings, and now my guitar plays and sounds amazing.
Also big thanks to Aaron for the excellent customer service and warm welcome. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of choosing my guitar. Overall, an awesome experience and I highly recommend this place!
Very aggressive pricing on trade in gear. Aaron was very helpful with the whole process and worked very hard to get me even more money than I initially expected for my gear. Very satisfied.
