I have been a patient of Chicago Cornea Consultants for the past 5 years. Dr. Randy Epstein performed cornea transplants on both eyes. The results were better than I could have imagined. I am now under the care of Dr. Epstein's daughter, Rachel. She has been an excellent Dr. for me. The staff at CCC is very efficient. I was seen on time and the total experience was excellent.
I was very impressed with Selena today.
She took me into an exam room to begin my examination. She called me in by my name AND then double checked my name AGAIN. I thought that was unusual, but indeed it was exactly the correct procedure. She made certain she was examining the right patient.
This may sound routine, but it is imperative to be addressing the correct patient.
She was very profession and didn’t miss a beat!
