Jeannelle went above and beyond for my daughter. She is an amazing and very helpful woman. She answered all of our questions right away. Highly recommend her for anyone. Thank you again.
About Bluemercury
Bluemercury is a store where customers can find knowledgeable and talented artists, such as Ricki, who provide warm and honest service. They take their time explaining products and benefits, helping customers find what they need. However, some customers have reported feeling stressed and pressured by the sales approach, with employees pushing products and hovering over clients. Despite this, many customers have had positive experiences and leave the store happy.

This is a fantastic high end cosmetic and other products store. Face moisturizer, collagen products, cleansers and so much more. Name brands that you will most likely not find in other stores or even hurd of. Products here are not cheap so be prepared to spend money $$$. After all why not... we, you are worth it. ❤️ Oh and exceptional customer service with highly trained staff is a plus.

Good staff and product selection however when I asked for a swatch the team member helping me applied directly from the tester applicator to my face and blended with a brush that hadn’t been cleaned, and didn’t wash hands first, without asking if I’d like it tested on my face to begin with. Not thrilled about this and would hope for more sanitary practices during future visits.
