Ricki Zabrin in Highland Park is the best! She always has a smile on her face and is willing to help and address any questions or concerns I may have. Ricki is honest and takes her time explaining the different products, benefits, etc. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I would be lost without her.

I always love the staff and the atmosphere, but it is a little frustrating that there are several lines on the website that are not in the store. I guess that is the digital age we live in though... Overall, love this and all of the stores!

I'm a big Blue Mercury fan. Between their selection and product knowledge, they are my go to for my skin care needs. With the way things are going, I decided to reorder my favorite products online and try something new. The more I researched, I figured out one of the items I purchased wouldn't be good for my skin type. I drove to a location I typically don't visit (30mins away) to make my return. Right away, I was told "I'm alone you need to wait". Not a problem. I walked in with my son, and as we know, little boys aren't very patient. It was finally our turn to make a return.
