“This the first time I had physical therapy. The people at the 95th Street & Roberts Road location in Hickory Hills are wonderful. They work very well together. While I was there I interacted with two physical therapists, Ali & Chrissy. Joe was their excellent assistant. All were very knowledgeable & extremely pleasant. From my first visit, I knew I was in right place. I was not really sure what was going on with my leg but during my initial exam, Ali put a plan together. At one point I asked about something I'd noticed. Ali checked & found that my pelvic area was uneven. She gave me an exercise to even it out. Physical therapy was such a positive experience for me. The therapists are very pleasant but also very diligent. I also did some of my exercises at home. I feel SO much better! Then they give you exercises to take home after you 'graduate' so you can continue to keep those muscles stretched. I highly recommend this ATI location. I know the therapists move around so the other locations are probable very good too. Also, while I was there, I saw many people come in on walkers or using canes. At some point down the road, I would see them walking on their own or doing their exercises independently where they may have needed assistance or a belt previously. They didn't have that pain look in their eyes. So I know it worked for others as well.“
