Kat, my stylist is very welcoming and friendly.We always laugh and she's really good with cutting my hair.I have very fine hair and have gotten suggestions from her on how it should be cut which turned out great.The area to wait is a little small but they do have a parking lot and benches outside.Can't speak for all of the stylists but Kat has a lot of experience with hair and in my opinion one of the best.
