“The Salt Cave is a place that I can go and quiet my mind. Walking into the cave with your white socks on, feeling that salt on the soles of your feet, the twinkling of the lights in the ceiling, and the glow of the Himalayan salt rock, all help to create a feeling of just “being”. The sounds during the session are like being at a quiet seashore. My favorite time to go is when I can go home after the session and not have to go anywhere else, allowing the peacefulness to stay settled within me.“
