We used Hawthorn Development for two projects. The first was bathroom project, last year.. My wife saids she loved how it came out, and that says it all. I was impressed with the work crew's craftsmanship skill and friendly manner. We got exactly what we wanted with no problems at price that beat the other bids. This year it was a rebuild of our outside deck. Same happened for the new deck. We love it. The work crew was professional and friendly. And when we discovered unanticipated extra work, we got charged a very reasonable price for the extra labor and materials. Again better than others bids. I had Hawthorn Development Group come out to remove carpet in multiple rooms, replace with engineered hardwood, and do a full gut of our guest bathroom.The entire team was so responsive and professional. I was very pregnant the entire project suffering from pregnancy brain and Garen was wonderful about explaining things to me. We also have two dogs, one of which really wanted to help with the reno and again, the whole team was so friendly with the pups.I knew when each day people would be over and they completed the projects before my due date but baby came 10 days early.
