I hate to be that guy but... I Called this company in the thumbtack app because my water heater was broken. They came over looked at the water heater for 5 minutes told me it was broken and then charged me $99 to tell me what I already knew. When I expressed my option some guy told me that the $1300 they quoted me for a new water heater was a fair price #smh A water heater retail at Home Depot costs $500 (which I know they don't pay retail) So you gonna charge $800 to install a 40-gallon gas hot water tank. Come on!! This is crazy. I'm not even tripping about the Service charge but $99 for 5 minutes is insane. please don't allow these people to rob you. Get multiple quotes before dealing with them.
