Ed to the rescue! Having been stood up by another plumber for a scheduled repair requiring a water shutdown in our building, I was cold calling to find a licensed plumber on very short notice. Ed was the first to listen to my dilemma, re-arrange his morning, and solve my problem … calmly, professionally, efficiently, and pleasantly. Next time I’ll call him first! Highly recommend, with many thanks!
