The young lady went above and beyond her duty to help me was only 2Ladys her name wascera I think I was there for hour her doing for me she went above and beyond. Sorry I don't have her name correct but she was the best think she should be recognized

We are visiting Harvard and had a dilemma. The associate at the vision center was so polite, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even though he could not provide the things we needed, he got us going in the right direction to get us what we needed. A big thank you to him!

I brought my daughter here about 2 months ago. It was a positive experience from making the appointment to the exam and purchasing her glasses. George was amazing! She loved the very first frames he picked for her. The glasses were even ready 3 days later which was 4 days earlier than expected. I am so sad they do not accept my insurance, otherwise I would go there. I just may pay out of pocket and go anyway.
