Vets are wonderful. Staff are always busy but great in emergencies. Never turned away and they do everything.

Do not take your pets here. Two beloved pets dead due to their negligence. They are impossible to get ahold of and take zero responsibility. I took a young adult kitten in for a spay...she was given back to me in critical condition after being told she was fine. She suffered and bled to death internally. I was told I would be contacted afterwards and they would investigate- they happily charged my credit card and I've heard nothing. My mother also lost a beloved cat here in 2013.

The office won't answer the phones!! Trying to get an appointment is beyond frustrating!! They put my dog down and told me the remains would be back in 2 weeks, 2 and 1/2 weeks later no call! Tried for 2 days to get them to answer the phone with no results, so I finally drove 10 miles to the office and asked about them not answering the phones. they were rude and made excuses!! I just want my dogs remains!! then they argued and got Dr York. He is a slob and rude!!! He doesn't care how his clinic is run! He told me good luck with my next vet clinic. I told him because of him I wouldn't come back to that clinic if I was paid too!!

We have used used carey harbison at town and country vet in mcleansboro il for over 30 years. He is compassionate and wise. We will continue to take our animals to him. Thank you carey.

Even though this happened 9 years ago, it still feels like it happened yesterday. I took my beloved cat Missy in just to have a couple of teeth removed, they charged a small fortune and sent her home with tons of fleas. Within 45 minutes after bringing her home, my sweet Missy died. When I told them of it, I didn't get so much as of a sorry, nothing. They didn't care. Will never bring another pet to this clinic again.
