Excellent customer service! I went in for a shoe repair to have new taps placed on a pair of heels. Not only was the price reasonable, but they were very quick and efficient! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Make sure that you have cash though, as they don't accept cards.

The owner was able to add a buckle to my sling back heels that were too loose. Price was affordable and he was able to complete it within a week. Very happy with supporting a local business

I called 3 times to make sure and verify they worked on red bottom shoes, To add the protector on the bottoms. He kept saying yes they do. And he was nice enough to tell me he can do it in one day since I was driving from 1.5 hours away. Once I got there I asked to see what he was going to use. He gave me 2 choices of colors which were def NOT matching the shoe. One color was orange and the other burgundy. I was very disappointed to have driven from so far away for nothing. I was so upset I wanted to give a 1star but instead since they were so kind (possible language barrier) I’m writing this review to possible help Others who need this service to not Go there for that... read full review
